Description
Abstract
estamos analizando.
Exposure to psychosocial risks can have negative consequences on the health of both male and female workers. However, we understand that certain circumstances such as the role of women in paid work or the discrimination they suffer in that area, affect them differently. The fact that ninety percent of the female employees work in the service sector, which is where psychosocial risks have the greatest incidence, requires a specific study that promotes progress in prevention of the risks we are analyzing.
