Abstract
Presentamos el hallazgo de varios fragmentos de la antigua traducción latina del De plantis duodecim signis et septem planetis subiectis atribuido a Tésalo de Tralles localizados en la versión del Herbario de Pseudo Apuleyo transmitida en el manuscrito de Wroclaw, Biblioteka Uniwersytecka, III F. 19 (siglo IX). Ofrecemos además una nueva edición crítica de dichos fragmentos, que presenta variantes con respecto a la última edición de Howald y Sigerist (1927), y un comentario donde explicamos el procedimiento de adaptación al Herbarius de los extractos descubiertos y la relevancia de estos de cara a una nueva edición crítica de la mencionada traducción latina del escrito atribuido a Tésalo.
We report the discovery of several fragments from the ancient Latin translation of De plantis duodecim signis et septem planetis subiectis attributed to Thessalus Trallianus which are located in the version of the Pseudo Apuleius's Herbarium transmitted in the manuscript of Wroclaw, Biblioteka Uniwersytecka, III F. 19 (IXth century). We also offer a new critical edition of these fragments, including variants not included in the latest edition by Howald and Sigerist (1927), and a commentary explaining the procedure to adapt the discovered excerpts to the Herbarium and their relevance for a new critical edition of the above mentioned Latin translation of the writing attributed to Thessalus.
