Abstract
La cuestión climática y su repercusión en el mundo del trabajo se convertido en un desafío de primer orden que trasciende de lo medioambiental a otras facetas de esencial importancia, impactando de manera importante sobre en el empleo y la salud laboral. El efecto multiplicador de riesgos que supone el calentamiento global agudiza los peligros y riesgos ya existentes y genera otros diferentes en entornos laborales que deben adaptarse a las nuevas circunstancias climáticas. En este contexto, la norma preventiva deberá adaptarse a nuevas realidades para salvaguardar la salud de las personas trabajadoras ante este escenario laboral en constante transición.
Abstract: The climate issue and its impact on the world of work has become a major challenge that transcends the environmental to other essential aspects, significantly impacting employment and occupational health. The risk-multiplying effect of global warming exacerbates existing hazards and risks and generates new ones in work envi-ronments that must adapt to new climatic circumstances. In this context, preventive reg-ulations must adapt to new realities to safeguard the health of workers in this constantly changing work environment.
