dc.description.abstractDesde la flamencología tradicional y desde el mundo de los artistas flamencos se ha debatido ampliamente en torno a la posibilidad y necesidad de escribir el flamenco. La mayoría de las argumentaciones clásicas siguen la línea de la negación de la utilidad de la escritura. Desde nuestro punto de vista, a raíz de nuestras investigaciones, la representación en el papel de la música es ciertamente posible y no supone más que ventajas. La dificultad existe, pero no se trata de una música especialmente compleja como lo son otras manifestaciones musicales ajenas a la cultura occidental.es
dc.description.abstractWithin traditional flamencology and the world of flamenco artists, there have been numerous discussions regarding the possibility and necessity of writing flamenco music. The majority of classical arguments negate the usefulness of such writing. From our point of view, and as a result of our research, the representation on paper of the music is certainly possible and has certain advantages. While the difficulties are clear, one is not considering an especially complex music like other musical genres outside of western culture.es
