Abstract
Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación permiten la interacción entre personas física, temporal y funcionalmente separadas. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los efectos del anonimato sobre la participación de los miembros del grupo y la comunicación desinhibida, en una situación de trabajo en grupo utilizando tecnologías asistidas por ordenador. Mediante un diseño experimental de laboratorio los resultados ponen de manifiesto que no hay diferencias en la cantidad de mensajes emitidos en función del anonimato. Un análisis del contenido de dichos mensajes no ha mostrado
diferencias significativas en la cantidad de comunicación desinhibida entre grupos que actúan identificados y los que actúan de manera anónima.
The new information and comunication tech-nologies facilitates the interaction between people tempo-rary and functionally separate. The objective of the present paper is to analyze the effects of the anonimity on the group results in when they use computer systems. Through a lab-experimental design that considers two situations, identified and anonymous groups, the results are not shown differences in the quantity of messages emitted in function of the anonimity. An categorial analysis of the content has not shown differences in the quantity of flaming communication between identified groups and anonymous.
