Abstract
El estudio de los centros educativos en el marco gene
ral de la teoría de las organizaciones ha permitido gran
des avances en su conocimiento científico, en formas de
abordar su estudio y en las investigaciones que se generan
sobre las escuelas entendidas desde la perspectiva gené
rica organizacional y desde la perspectiva específica por
ser organizaciones que educan. En este artículo se pre
sentan y estudian nuevas formas estructurales que permitan
aplicar, conocer y utilizar sus ventajas e innovaciones en
los centros educativos, al servicio de una mejor calidad en
la educación que se imparte en ellos, en la idea de pro
porcionar una mejor alineación con el entorno en el que
están inmersos y en la dinámica cambiante de la sociedad
del conocimiento. Desde las formas estructurales más tra
dicionales como la organización formal e informal, a las
más innovadoras como la organización en red, en trébol,
adhocrática, etc. pueden dar una visión de los nuevos
modelos emergentes en las organizaciones educativas.
The study of the educational centres in the general framework of the theory of organ izations has allowed great advances in its scientific knowledge, in the ways to approach its study and in the investigations generated in schools seen experts from the organiza tional generic perspective of being organizations that educate. In this article, new struc tural forms are presented and studied to allow the application, knowledge and use of their advantages and innovations in the educational centres, to improve the quality of education with the idea of providing a better alignment with their environment and with the changing dynamics of knowledge. From the most traditional structural forms formal as the formal and informal organization, to the most innovative such as the organization in network, clover, adhocratic, etc. can give a vision of the emergent models in the educational organizations.
