Abstract
Resumen: Este artículo tiene como objeto la transposición de la novela de Cervantés, El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha a un soporte
diferente como lo es el cómic de Leroux y Douay Don Quichotte dans la Manche. El tema de la naturaleza será el eje alrededor del cuál desarrollaremos el análisis de esta transposición, la cual no puede ser sencilla por diferentes motivos. El primero es que, además de las diferentes transformaciones de las que habla g. genette en su obra Palimspestes, están en juego los códigos distintos en una novela y en un cómic dónde entran a la vez que el texto la imagen. El segundo motivo está en relación
con Don Quichotte marcado por las imágenes de una naturaleza norteña, contrariamente a un Don Quijote bastante escueto en la descripción
de los paisajes. Estudiaremos cómo el cómic se la apropia para realizar juegos visuales en lugar de juegos de palabras.
Abstract: This paper revolves around the transposition of Cervantes’s novel El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha into a different medium such as Leroux and Douay’s comic Don Quichotte dans la Manche. It is around the theme of nature that we will conduct the analysis of this transposition, which does not happen to be an easy one for different reasons. Firstly, because, in addition to the various transformations discussed by F. genette in his work Palimpsestes, the different codes in a novel and in a comic are herein at stake, image being in turn at stake in a comic as well as text. Secondly, as regards nature, Don quichotte is characterised by the images of a northern nature, contrary to the plain description of landscapes in Don quijote. In this sense, we will examine how the comic appropriates nature for carrying out visual games instead of word games.
