METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION 
--------------------------

1.Description of the methodology used to generate the dataset.
Western blot results were scanned with a Bio-Rad ChemiDoc scanning densitometer (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hercules, CA).SCN files are primarily associated with Image Lab (Bio-Rad). 
Files with extension ab1 correspond to DNA sequence chromatograms from 4T1 breast cancer WT or 4T1-CD47-KO cells

2. Software or tools needed to interpret the data.

ab1 files (ABI Sequencer Data File): Known as the trace file, this includes raw data generated from Applied Biosystems sequencing analysis software. These files can be downloaded using the freely licensed Chromas software. 
You need suitable software such as Image Lab to open SCN files.

3. Procedures followed for data quality assurance.
The DNA sequences and Western blot images are representative of three independently performed experiments.
