Degradación de celulosa y lignina en cultivo líquido de Ceriporia bresadolae (Bdot. et Galz.) Bond. & Sing. (Aphyllophorales: Basidiom ycotina)
(Universidad de Murcia, Servicio de Publicaciones, 1985) Martínez González, M. C.; Honrubia García, Mario; Facultad de Biología
The celulose and lignin degradation potential of Cenpona bresadolae, a fungus causing brown rot in Pinus halepensis, has been measured as a percentage of weight loss of commercial celulose and lignin. It has been found that the degradation of celulose is dependent on the previous treatment of the substratum with chemical reagents. Besides, the presence of a carbohydrates such glucose. added exogenously, is necessary.

Respiración endócena de Ceriporla bresadolae (bdot. et galz.) bond. & sing. (Aphyllophorales: Basidiomycotina)
(Universidad de Murcia, Servicio de Publicaciones, 1985) Martínez González, M. C.; Honrubia García, Mario; Facultad de Biología
Measures of Q02 have been made with Ceriporia bresadolae at different stages of growth and different temperatures. Values of respiratíon have been measured with suspensions of mycelium from C. bresadolae to which dífferent substrates such as piruvate, glucose, acetate and maltose were added exogenously. Strong activity has been obtained with piruvate and maltose. The respiratory quotient value was found to be 0.72.
