A mixed methodology was used for data analysis. The quantitative data came from descriptive, inferential, and experimental statistical analyses. The qualitative data were obtained using grounded theory. The quantitative data derived from the validation of the project's data collection instruments were derived from the use of content and construct analysis methods. La metodología empleada para el análisis de los datos ha sido mixta. Los datos cuantitativos proceden de análisis estadísticos descriptivos, inferenciales y experimentales. Los datos cualitativos han sido obtenidos mediante el método de la teoría fundamentada.
